Michael Jackson was, and still is, the King of Pop for a reason. Out of his 10 solo studio albums, 5 is on the best-selling albums of all-time list.
So, when some random people that have nothing to do with his success & take credit for it, just doesn’t feel right. The estate Michael Jackson, yes, I’m talking about you.
Anyway, now that I got that out of way let’s talk about charts.
Starting with YouTube streams because fans are not giving up on Billie Jean hitting 1 billion by Michaels birthday.
As promising yesterdays & todays streaming numbers look (Thanks to BTS fans) it’s still not going to happen as you’d need 25 million views a day.
Most viewed short films by Michael Jackson on YouTube in past 24 hours:
Billie Jean – 931,834 views 👑
Smooth Criminal – 669,575 views.
They Don’t Care… – 425,318 views
Beat It – 364,739 views.
Top 10 most popular short films by Michael Jackson on YouTube:

Michaels albums are doing amazing on iTunes worldwide as usual. The estate somehow fails to acknowledge Michaels worldwide success… As they always seem to be focusing on America.

Weren’t Branca and McClain instrumental in some of MJ’s professional ventures? Kind of a cheap shot.
I agree with Christopher Porter. While the fans have kept Michael’s legacy alive and growing, there are personnel involved with the Estate who were very involved in Michael’s career. Whatever we think of some of their decisions, it seems unnecessary to slander them while praising others. Some people are quick to complain that the Estate doesn’t react in a way that truly reflects Michael… whether that’s true or not is not for me to judge… but certainly the behaviour of some of us fans would appear to also be outside those parameters.
This is great, I had no idea his numbers were around the world like this! I mean I knew he was listened to but this is amazing. Thanks so much!
