The estate of Michael Jackson has just filed a 42-page petition seeking review from the California supreme court in the Robson/Safechuck case.
The Estate hopes to that the Supreme court will reverse the court of appeal of the State of California that was denied at the beginning of the month.
We will update you as soon as the Supreme Court issued an answer. The petition was filed on September 26, 2023.
