You might notice that this month, everyone’s Playbills look slightly different.
The cover might be in black and white; it could even have a decidedly ’70s vibe. This is because Playbill is celebrating our 140th anniversary!
Playbill teamed up with every show on Broadway to design four special covers for each show, commemorating different eras of Playbill throughout the 140 years of existence.
And of course MJ The Musical is part of it so if you go to the show on Broadway in New York, you might get a different Playbill than your fellow MJ friend next to you! The only way to get one of them is to go to the show on Broadway.
Also available on the store, a poster of the 4 commemorative covers. All of them are only available through October, with proceeds going to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
