Ok this is not new but it is new to my ears! So wanted to share this with you of course.
A Japanese DJ called Saitone is using a technique to remix music. It will sound exactly how the music was on 8Bit video games (yes, like Moonwalker, the video game).
Back in 2009, Saitone released 2 remixes as a tribute to Michael Jackson: “Thriller” and “Smooth Criminal”
frankly, I love it! The sound remind me of my childhood and could see myself in nightclubs dancing to the sound of this!
