“Artist” Butchers Michael Jackson’s “Man In The Mirror”

I’m not sure what I just watched! My eyes are sore, and my ears are bleeding.

The so-called rapper “Heaven” (I say so-called because, honestly, she can’t sing) has just released a song (and unfortunately a video) called “Mirror,” which samples Michael Jackson’s “Man In The Mirror.”

Lyrically, it’s pure garbage. The lyrics are atrocious, and pairing them with one of the greatest songs ever written is an abomination.

Vocally, it’s awful. Her voice is incapable of carrying a tune. Even my 82-year-old neighbor sings better in the shower!

As for the video, the impersonator is a disaster. These impersonators claim to “represent Michael and promote his artistry and music to the world,” but in reality, they’re just cashing in. Painting your face and mimicking moves from a DVD or YouTube video doesn’t make you Michael Jackson. Get a real job!

Overall, it’s an absolute train wreck.

Regarding the sampling of “Man In The Mirror,” it’s clear the Estate wouldn’t have approved it, especially for such an unknown, so-called “artist.” Hopefully, the Estate will take action and have this travesty taken down.

So why am I talking about it? A few fans have brought it to our attention, and based on social media comments, MJ fans are unanimously outraged. MJVibe reports everything related to Michael Jackson in our community, and this mess is no exception.
