By now, I am sure you saw or read all the tabloids saying the Bigi is taking Katherine to court over the Estate’s secret deal which is clearly the sale of Michael Jackson Catalogue to Sony.
As you read on MJVibe, while Prince stands next to the Estate, Bigi and Paris took Katherine side.
But on Monday, filed a court document saying that there is no point to appeal against the Estate.
“It is readily apparent that a reversal on appeal would be an extreme longshot, given those odds, Bigi decided not to waste his resources to participate in an appeal. Nonetheless, Katherine has decided to appeal this court’s ruling. That decision is not for the benefit of the heirs.”
As for the tabloids saying he doesn’t want the Estate to pay for Katherine’s legal fees, that’s not correct.
He argued that the estate should, in fact, pay her legal bills for her initial opposition to the deal — arguing that she had presented “essential evidence” about the proposed transaction and that “all heirs and beneficiaries benefited from this court’s scrutiny.”
But he also argued the actual dollar total she had requested “might be high,” and questioned whether she had really needed to hire “four lawyers charging fees of $840 to $1,400 per hour.” And he argued any legal fees for the ongoing appeal should be entirely denied, since the ruling allowing the deal to proceed had been “reasoned and detailed.”
“Katherine’s petition has the practical effect of requiring Bigi and his siblings pay for her appeal,” He wrote. “It would be unfair to make those beneficiaries shoulder this burden when they expressly decided an appeal would not be in their best interests.”
In conclusion, Bigi has gave up the fight against the Estate and this court case might have damaged the relationship between members of the Jackson family.

WTF! Katherine J ackson is now the only one truly fighting for Michael . The kids knew the “secret’ deal should have been investigated but now Katherine is on her own fighting for Michaels legacy against an estate which is more concerned about the bank balance. Michael would have paid his mother’s legal costs without a second thought. Yet the estate which in charge of his money think they know better. Someone needs to start kicking arse and firing the “managers’ of this estate. They are been disrespectful to Katherine and trying to make her look stupid by appealing the decision. Respect to Katherine for refusing to let branco and McCain silence her.
