Boxer Albert Ochoa took down TikTok influencer Xavier Long last Saturday (June 24, 2023).
Ochoa channeled his inner Michael Jackson and paid tribute to the King of Pop by having a custom made pair of boxing shoes and short.
The shoes were designed by artist Aztek Kustoms with the idea of making them look like the famous loafers and sparkle socks.
The shorts were also custom-made, red to represent “Thriller” and a gittered-black band.
“Thriller” was played for Ochoa’s walkout to the ring as it is his favorite song.
“He’s an icon, he’s a legend, for me to wear these shoes and to come out with that outfit and his music … it’s dope.”
He also told multiple press news that Michael Jackson is his favourite artist.
