Agnes Bordier, ambassador for the association “Sante Fit Kids” in Cogolin, France, is organising a charity zumba class to help financing a new wheelchair for young Lilian Andre who is suffering from serious pathologies.
She said “I give Zumba lessons adapted to Lilian every weeks. I wanted to organise a family and friendly event that gives the opportunity to raise funds for a wheelchair that he needs”
Elodie Andre, Lilian’s mom, is very touched by the outpouring of solidarity: “For two years, my son has been undergoing a new treatment and he has made a lot of progress. He has also grown well, we have to buy him a new wheelchair adapted with a special engine so that he can gain autonomy”.
The Zumba class is themed under Michael Jackson and participants are welcome to dress up like the King of Pop while zumbing to Michael Jackson tunes!
The event will take place on Saturday April 1 at 7.30pm at the Maurin-des-Maures centre, Cogolin, Var, France and it’s only €5 participation fee!
