Michael Jackson is one of the most loved entertainers of all time. His enormous influence on popular music and culture is undeniable and can still be felt. Five of his solo albums are in the list of best sold albums ever: Off the Wall, Thriller, Bad, Dangerous and HIStory.
The Thriller album remains in the first spot on that list with over 70 million albums sold! During his extraordinary career, Michael sold more than 750 million records. He had no less than 13 number one hits and remains one of the very few artists to be honored twice in the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame. The Guinness Book of World Records recognized Michael Jackson as the most successful entertainer ever.
Jackson won 13 Grammy Awards and received the American Music Award’s Artist of the Century Award. With this grand symphonic concert European Philharmonia honors the greatest artist of the past hundred years.
