Art comes in different forms and sizes. Some artists prefer to paint, some others prefer photography.
This is the case for Duane, a Canadian photographer. But not only he is a great photographer, he is also creating miniatures of all sorts.
His passion for pop culture, nostalgia, sneakers, video games and toys pushed him to recreate sceneries with toys characters and created miniature back grounds and accessories.
“I build a lot of the accessories and backgrounds myself with craft supplies like polymer clay, paper, and foamboard. I also buy some items online, but generally that’s only in situations where I can’t build them myself.”
He started in 2018 photographing toys focusing on Pop Culture, 80’s/90’s Nostalgia, Hip Hop, Video Games. His models are Michael Jordan, Daft Punk, Darth Vador, Marvel characters, Super Mario, and many more!
And Michael Jackson find his place in his collection!
