A private collection of Michael Jackson memorabilia that’s believed to be the largest one on the East Coast will be on display in Wilmington through the weekend at a new trade school opening in the city.
The exhibit, which includes 5,000 items connected to the late King of Pop like records, posters, books and other collectibles, will be on display to mark the grand opening of the ACT Generation Global Technology School on North Orange Street. It opens on Thursday at 3 p.m.
ACT Generation is intended to teach adults how to use audio and video technology and social media so they can be employed in communications jobs.
The collection is owned by a man from Sicklersville, New Jersey. It will be on display through Sunday.
