After “Leaving Neverland”, Radios have dropped Michael Jackson’s music but this is not what will stop us, the fans! Nielsen’s report is always a must to check out and it has just dropped their US mid-year report!
The result is amazing! Michael Jackson’s on-demand streams are up 41% YTD year-over-year, meaning that his music was streamed much more than last year at the same period! Mute who?
Also the report shows that Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” album is in the Top 10 of the Vinyl Album sales! Get in!
While we think the results are more due to the fans listening to Michael Jackson much more to fight back this stupid so called documentary, the general public has also tuned in to the King of Pop.
We only hope that Radio stations around the world just realise how stupid they have acting by not doing a basic research and kept playing Michael instead of jumping on their horses to “not offend anyone” BS excuse!
So we just need to keep streaming! Keep requesting Michael to Radios! Keep buying his records! After all, Michael Jackson is Innocent and the world needs his music! The fight is not over but we all can play our part!
