The 2,700 acre property once owned by the King of Pop and first listed at $100 Million in 2015 is now at $31M!
After nearly 4 years the Ranch now called “Sycamore Valley Ranch” is getting another price chop. Less than a third of its original value.
In 2017, the price went down to $67 million as the Estate of Michael Jackson and Colony Capital couldn’t sell the property at the wanted price!
The latest price chop might be due to the coming so called documentary “Leaving Neverland” which will be aired in March worldwide.
Michael got the ranch for $19.5 million in 1987.
