A lot of fans have been speculated and even bought tickets to see the panel discussion with Antoine Fuqua yesterday (Friday) at the San Diego Comic Con but they might have been disappointed as Fuqua did not reveal anything new nor showcase the trailer of the upcoming biopic he is directing.
Roland Emmerich and Antoine Fuqua came together to discuss their work in a panel moderated by Steven Weintraub. After discussing their works and AI, Fuqua finally said few words about “Michael”: “I’m in the early stages of editing the film right now. Just wrapped May 30. Very excited about it. I’m very happy with what we’ve got in the can, Michael was a big part of my life growing up, a big influence, but he was a human being, and we’re exploring that.”
