Within less than 24hrs, the court of appeal of the State of California has already denied the Petition for Rehearing deposited by the Michael Jackson Estate on September 05.
The court appeal has denied the petition on September 06, meaning that they will not revise their decision for the Robson case to go to trial.
However, fan experts in US laws are positive about this as it seems this was expected and planned by the Estate. The Estate’s plan is to go to the Supreme Court of the United States as this is the ultimate power decision in the US court system. The petition being denied will build their case for the Supreme Court and reverse the Appeal court decision.
