As you know, Robson and Safechuck’s case was in court be either or not approved for the complex Litigation Program earlier this year.
However, the Complex court ruled that the case is not complex under the California rules of Court and decided that the case will stay at the Beverly Hills Courthouse.
If the case would have been transferred to the Complex Court, it would have delayed the case again.
