Film maker Bobby Huntley has been working on a short film about Michael Jackson and Prince meeting in 1988.
“In the spring of 1988, following three sold-out nights in Minneapolis, Prince invited Michael Jackson to his Paisley Park compound.
This private meeting between two entertainment juggernauts is where an earnest friendship truly began—away from the press, hangers-on, and managers.”
Huntley has been working on this for few years and asking fans of both pop icons to donate to complete the filming. To get to the £87,000 required to finish the film, you can have your name on the website for $10, have a special t-shirt for $150, have a costume from the movie for $1,000, be a cameo for $2,500, to be fully co-executive producer for $10,000.
You can back up this project on Kickstarter
