The estate of Michael Jackson has just filed a 42-page petition seeking review from the California supreme court in the Robson/Safechuck case on September 26.
The petition for review of the appeal’s reversal has been denied.
The case will therefore go to trial so brace yourself for another years of fighting for justice.
