Taj Jackson has done a live streaming yesterday (15/01/2022).
He started to tell the fans that many Jackson family members were infected with COVID during the Christmas season and it was a very scary moment but they all recovered.
He spoke about spreading the truth about Michael Jackson including the tape he found of himself with Michael Jackson “Taj – Baby Talk“.
Taj also spoke about “Leaving Neverland 2” which Dan Reed is supposedly working on. No matter what, the time line is not working and therefore there is no base to the allegations. He also told that the only way people know the name “Dan Reed” is because of Michael Jackson and he is not going to let it go as this gives him a purpose in life.
Regarding the Broadway Musical “MJ The Musical”, Taj said he did not see the show and he saw all the positive reviews from it but he said that in February, the press will bring back the allegations in the news and a lot of bad press will be on its way and we all need to be prepared for it. His only issues with it is that he hopes that the musical does not portrait the brothers and family in a bad way. He pointed out that he still hasn’t seen the show so he cannot judge on it but he is very cautious about it.
Talking about Janet’s documentary, he is very exited about it and spoke about the comment in the trailer “Guilty by association, that’s how they call it, right?” and he explained that all the family had to deal with the allegations in some sort and dealing with the repercussions they had.
During the live session, he confirmed that his documentary series is his top priority for 2022 “if it really comes out in 2022, it will be only by near the end of the year”.
He feels that the series “Truth runs marathons” will give the chance for people to understand who Michael Jackson was.
The documentary is officially going to be (re)called “Re-Righting HIStory” instead of “Truth runs Marathons”. The play on words means a lot to Taj and to all those who are participating to the documentary.

I think the story that Taj is telling is very good. my name is Bernadette I am and have always will be a devoted fan, I have been collecting his items since the early 70’s my collection is very big MJ has his own bedroom in my home. I’m getting older and I would like to sell the collection to someone who would care for it the way I do, but most of all be a devoted fan and truly respect the man and all what he stands for, and truly love everything about him. Is Taj aware that Prince has been to see the show? Perhaps he should have a chat to him about it if he is concerned at the portrayal of other family members.
I support Taj in his efforts. However, the title Re-righting HIStory is a little bit awkward in terms of its use of language. I think it should be ‘Righting HIStory’ meaning he is ‘righting’ what is an incorrect perception of his uncle – OR – Re-writing HIStory, in that he is correcting the incorrect version of events perpetuated by LN and the tabloids. Not that it really matters, because it’s what’s in the films that counts, But it will avoid misconceptions for people who write and edit English documents who see literacy being ‘dumbed down’ in the public forum.

I’m wondering why an avid fan of Michael has to sell his collections. I’ve been an avid fan since J5 started and Michael gone solo and still routing for them. All my collections still intuck. I’m not selling or giving or throwing them because I fully love our beloved Michael Jackson and the rest of the Jackson five. I TRULY MISSES OUR BELOVED MICHAEL JACKSON. I fully agree with Kerry, the new title has been bothering me, it’s very awkward. I haven’t thought of “Righting HIStory” but that really does seem like a much better choice. Or “Righting HIStory: the Michael Jackson’s story” so that everybody gets what it’s about.

Yes, Kerry, Righting HIStory. Because the “re-” means that he will tell the story in his point of you, and at the same time, means that what he tells is his reality and reality is not necessary truth.
