In the court case Robson/Safechuck, the representatives of the Estate have been asking “Leaving Neverland” producer Dan Reed and his production company Amos Pictures Ltd, for the unseen footage, interview footage with Robson and Safechuck.
Reed has stated that he couldn’t find those footage but The Estate is to take the case to The Hague Convention to obtain them and subpoena the people and companies involved in the making of the mockumentary.
As Reed and his company are based in the UK, US court has no enforcement on them and the only way to get those footage is going to the International law organisation which both the UK and the US are part of.
This is taking the whole case to an international matter and it might be difficult for Reed to not oblige to give the unseen footage. Poor Danny might be shitting his pants now!
