Gamers wanting to improve in-game lighting, add body hair on male Sims and revive Michael Jackson to the virtual world of “The Sims 4” can now use the mods below.
Shimrod101 uploaded a mod designed to improve overall in-game lighting on “The Sims 4.” It is called “Improved Lighting.” It primarily alters indoor lighting effects but can be used to improve outdoor lighting as well. As an effect of this mod, indoor lights will become brighter than the default adjustments provided by the game and ambient lights spread in all rooms which lights up even the walls.
Moreover, Sims facing away from the light source will never be dark again. Sunlight from windows will be greater as well and SS Ambient Occlusion is increase and adds contrast or depth to objects. Players must balance the in-game brightness settings with this mod in order to avoid washing out the colour elements of the graphics.
The mod uses two data files named “Renderer Global Light Settings” and “Renderer Global Ssao Settings” which cannot be used together with the mod called “Indoor Lights Brighter.” Installation of this mod requires pasting the package file to the Mods folder of the game. Adding Body Hair For Male Sims
A custom content has been uploaded by lumialover8 which provides body hair for male Sims. The mod is called “BodyHair v3 (Non-Default!)” that adds seven variations of body hair for male Sims divided into four black and three blonde colours. The variations range from super light to super hairy and currently support full body hair addition.
According to the mod developer, players can find the body hair under the “back Celtic tattoo” in the Create-A-Sim section—it is the last male tattoo currently available. Thumbnails are also available for viewing before application. For those who want some layering, the developer implies downloading version 2 from a social media site Tumblr. Michael Jackson In ‘The Sims 4’
Mod uploader Dougstar274 brings back the spirit of Michael Jackson in the virtual world of “The Sims 4.” Michael Jackson Sim appears as MJ did in the 1980s with his famous shirt based from the “Thriller” music video. List of the recolours are as follows:
