As you know, MJ The Musical Tour is currently in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre until January 26.
After a weird premiere on December 21, the Theatre is now displaying two Michael Jackson gloves owned by the Grammy Museum.
Fans and ticket holders who will be going to see the show, will be able to look at those two items from 1988. While the loan from the Gammy Museum is clearly to promote both parties, it seems odd that the Estate, who has few warehouses around Los Angeles full of Michael Jackson belongings, did not give the theatre one of their own items to put on display like they did for MJ ONE in Las Vegas.
Also to note that while MJ The Musical has been on tour for a while in different cities across the US, the Los Angeles residency gets another special treatment. None of the other dates and cities had a premiere or displayed any artifacts from the King of Pop.
