Uganda’s Hypers Kids dancers got close and personal with Michael Jackson items

Hypers Kids Africa, a popular kids dance group from Uganda have been selected to participate in the upcoming season of America’s Got Talent.

Hypers Kids are known to the fan community for having funny and cool dance videos on Michael Jackson’s music. You can watch them dance here.

John Branca invited the group at his home to get close and personal with some of Michael Jackson items. They were able to touch some iconic jackets and wear an iconic Michael Jackson Fedora.

In the video, they seem very impressed, of course, by Michael’s items, but also by the house, which they thought was Michael Jackson’s. The confusion wasn’t corrected by Branca and his team, but why would they not think it was Michael’s home when so many personal items were there? It’s a question we all ask ourselves.

The video also shows an awkward moment where Branca shows them two African statues saying “They are from Africa, so…” while the cameraman focusing on Michael Jackson photos and items. Can someone tells Branca that Africa is a continent and not a country as the statues are from Nigeria and those kids are from Uganda. Are they supposed to be impressed by the fact a rich white man has African artifacts in his home? And also “King of Style” social media, ran by one of Branca’s daughters, commented with heart emojis.

We are so happy for those kids that have maybe never left Uganda to be able to experience this and be closer to their idol.
