Vince Finaldi, Wade Robson’s lawyer, has decided to withdrawn himself and his firm from the Robson vs Estate case (and Safechuck too).
Two of the most common reasons why attorneys end representation is because of disputes regarding money and conflicts between the lawyer and the client.
Finaldi is also specialised in settlements cases and a full on trial might not be for him and his team.
But do not worry (sarcastic voice), Wade & James have already found a new lawyer specialised in negligence cases: John Carpenter and his firm Carpenter & Zuckerman.
Carpenter and co are specialised in injury cases against large insurance companies so they are well versed in influencing juries to sympathise with victims, which is an advantage for Robson. However, the CZ firm will have little time to catch up with all Robson’s different versions of his story and they are also not used to massive public cases.
Robson’s civil case against Michael Jackson’s estate has a trial conference set for February 28, 2024. During the hearing, Judge Mark A. Young will set a trial date for Robson’s case.
The new team doesn’t look like it will cause any major problems for the estate or companies as it has already been proven that there was no personal injury that would need to be compensated.
