While major News outlets are not reporting on James Safechuck’s case dismissal, Michael Jackson fans took the matter in hand to share the news across social media with yesterday’s announcement.
“#MJINNOCENT” trended on major social platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
When Leaving Neverland was announced in early 2019, the media whipped up a storm reporting on the claims made in the movie. But to Jackson fans, these accusations were not new and they had been following them since 2013 when Robson first attempted to quietly sue the Jackson Estate under seal as he didn’t want anybody to know. (so much for wanting to be a ‘voice’!)
When the news came that James Safechuck’s case against Michael Jackson’s companies was AGAIN dismissed, barely any the same news outlets fell mostly silent.
So fans heavily shared it with the world!
Can we trust the news agencies? Clearly not! The agenda is clear! The idea that Michael Jackson is guilty will continue to peak the interest of those with a bizarre obsession to revel in the story rather than aiming to spread factual information or verify claims that point to Jackson’s innocence.
But the truth will prevail and if we cannot trust the reporters and the wider media, it is our duty to report it! We are not driven by money, fame or greed like those a two major media corporations who see the allegations as a means to profit heavily.
While Safechuck’s lawyer already stated that they will appeal (AGAIN) the dismissal, the battle toward the truth is not over!
While Safechuck case is now becoming even more pitiful, we have also to look at Wade Robson’s case (with the same lawyer) and Dan Reed, the self-bought-Emmy-Winner-so-called-documentalist (I know, it is a long title but he deserves it) who created a fictional movie on fake stories made up by two greedy men looking for a quick-buck to live in abundance for the rest of their lives.
Reed has been filming in the Los Angeles Superior Court as Robson and Safechuck pursue separate claims against MJJ Productions Inc and MJJ Ventures Inc.
Reed’s footage will be used in a follow-up film for Channel 4 “Leaving Neverland 2” (LOL) – Hey, even Dumb and Dumber had a sequel!
The Michael Jackson Estate served Reed and his production outfit, Amos Pictures, with subpoenas demanding that he personally appear for deposition and hand over documents and materials related to Leaving Neverland and the sequel. The subpoenas, served on September 21, were followed by the Estate’s attorneys filing a brief in which they seek to discredit Reed, persuade the court that he is not a legitimate journalist, and portray Leaving Neverland as one-sided. They are also attempting to ban him from filming in the courtroom.
Reed hit back with a motion to quash the subpoenas at the LA court last week. Within the 79-page motion, he makes clear that he is a UK resident and Amos does not operate in California, which could make it difficult for a judge to compel Reed to hand over production materials. He also points out that he has no personal affiliation with Robson and Safechuck, and has not paid the plaintiffs to appear in his sequel.
“The follow-up documentary for which I am currently filming in these cases is about current events taking place partly in public view and will be an unfolding narrative with multiple points of view,” Said Reed.
Multiple points of view? One can assume that’ll be from Wade and James’s two faces then because Reed doesn’t do objectivity.
Reed attached emails showing that he has asked MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures counsel Howard Weitzman to appear in the second documentary. Following a constructive meeting with Reed in June, Weitzman declined. “I have resolved that neither myself or anyone in my offices will participate in the documentary we all discussed for several reasons. Among them is the fact that you are already clearly on the record saying that you believe both accusers’ stories without hesitation,”
In a Statement, Louisa Compton said “At Channel 4 we have a robust record of defending freedom of expression. We routinely oppose those who seek orders for journalists to hand over unbroadcast and other journalistic material, grateful for the strong legal protections that exist to protect journalists in the UK and the US.”
Here is MJVibe’s ‘statement’ about Channel 4: “Channel 4 is well known to produce trash, untruthful and derogatory programmes. The more extravagant and trashy a story is, the more money Channel 4 and its staff think they will make. What Compton lacks understand is in the very notion that the Estate are not objecting to the case being filmed, rather WHO is filming it. Reed is a for-profit film maker, not a journalist and as was evident from Leaving Neverland, footage was manipulated. The Estate are right to be concerned that Reed’s compiling and editing of footage will once again be to further his agenda and opinion and not to present the truth of what is happening in the court room.”
So what’s next?
A hearing on Reed’s motion to quash the subpoenas is scheduled to take place on April 9, 2021.
Robson’s case goes to trial on June 14, 2021.
HBO vs Michael Jackson’s case is ongoing and it seems HBO is not involved with “Leaving Neverland 2“.
Safechuck appeal is not set yet.
While the Michael Jackson Estate told us numerous time that they are doing their best to fight for the truth, they have to battle multiple lawsuits and it seems they are on the top of it all.
But we would like to also thank every single Michael Jackson fan around the globe who took this challenging time in hand. From youtube videos, short and long documentaries, twitting facts, relaying facts to friends, family and colleagues, researching or going to court to relay the news, the fans have been a true inspiration to all of us, a true commitment to the truth and to an innocent man who is Michael Jackson.
Michael Jackson fans are no longer fans! We are journalists, investigators, researchers, historians, documenters. Our gain is not money or fame. Our aim is the truth, backed up with facts: Michael Jackson is Innocent!
