SANTA BARBARA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch, now known as the Sycamore Valley Ranch, has been listed for sale at $100 Million and is being presented to the Chinese market by caimeiju.com. The property is represented by long time Caimeiju client, Suzanne Perkins of Sotheby’s International Realty.

“This estate represents the ultimate California retreat”

Since 2010, Suzanne has held a fully branded Chinese page on Caimeiju which includes her portfolio of luxury houses in the Santa Barbara, CA area including a newly listed $125 Million ranch and the $100 Million Neverland Ranch (Sycamore Valley Ranch).

“Suzanne is one of our first clients and we’re very excited when she wins listings of this caliber. There are over two million millionaires in China right now and many in the correct age demographic to have grown up listening to Jackson. It only takes one Michael Jackson fan who’s eccentric and wealthy enough to own this iconic piece of history,” says Jeff Toth, President of Caimeiju.

Michael Jackson’s music, life, and legacy have strong resonance in China. Jackson never toured in mainland China (although he did visit briefly in 1987) but he did tour Taiwan in 1993. Memorabilia and other items associated with Jackson fetch top dollar in Asian markets and Macau is home to a gallery of Michael Jackson items including some of his famous gloves. The King of Pop lived there from 1988 to 2005.

“This estate represents the ultimate California retreat,” said Suzanne Perkins. “We are very selective in how we are marketing this property in order to reach a buyer ready to assume the legacy of this trophy property. We’ve already received interest from around the globe on this home.”

The home was designed by Architect Robert Altevers for William Bone in a French Normandy-style and meticulously crafted to perfection in 1982. Nestled between extensively landscaped gardens and a four-acre lake complete with a waterfall, incredible pastoral views to the south and majestic mountain views to the north. An expansive covered outdoor barbecue area is perfect for entertaining and is located adjacent to the inviting pool and nearby pool house and tennis court. If the swimming pool, cabana, basketball court and tennis court don’t provide enough entertainment, there is also a movie theater and a stage designed for live shows.
